Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
